LEGO Game Boy Set Could Include The Legend of Zelda

Oh man, so you know how LEGO and Nintendo, those two big shots, keep teaming up and blowing everyone’s minds? Yeah, they’re at it again, and people can’t stop buzzing. Apparently, there’s this LEGO Game Boy set coming. I mean, who wasn’t obsessed with the Game Boy back in the day? Rumor has it that The Legend of Zelda might sneak its way into this set. Why Zelda? I dunno, but people love it. Before this, we had Super Mario Bros. and Animal Crossing stuff, and now, everyone’s clutching their old game cartridges and crossing fingers for Zelda.

Anyway – wait – what was I saying? Oh, right. So, this Game Boy LEGO thing was first announced in January 2025, and yeah, it’s like, bringing this old-school magic back with those cool little bricks. Nintendo and LEGO already did this dance with the NES and even had a LEGO TV showing Super Mario Bros. Ooo, imagine Mario jumping around in those blocky pixels. So, of course, folks are digging to see if another Golden Oldie game makes a comeback, and Zelda in block form? That could be it.

But here’s the kicker from some leaker named lego_minecraft_goat – who even thinks up these names? They’re saying the Game Boy set might have bits of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening. So, take a deep breath here, ‘cause this game came out way back in ’93! Like, the dawn of gaming time. To have it in LEGO bricks? Mind-blowing, right? Some were barking up the Pokemon or Tetris tree, but hey, sometimes you get Zelda! FYI, leaks can be iffy, so let’s not get all hyped just yet. Official word is, this bad boy’s hitting stores in October 2025. Mark your calendars – or don’t, I’m not your boss.
