Hey, so guess what? Cryorig just dropped a bunch of new cooling gadgets. Yeah, the kind of stuff that, if you’re into PCs (like, really into them), could make your day. Or maybe not. Depends, right? They’ve got this big deal happening with their Gladius Astral Dual-Tower cooler—quite the mouthful, eh?
Last year, I remember wandering through Cryorig HQ and they hinted at making a big splash. Kinda like those pop stars who vanish and then bam, they’re back. Maybe they were always there. Anyway, this year they unleashed the Gladius Astral. Sounds like a spaceship. It’s got ten—count ’em, ten—heatpipes and spins up to 2500 RPM. That’s fast. And fancy lights too. ARGB LEDs, if you’re keeping track.
Oh, and there’s the C5 and C5 cu. Think of them as the mini yet mighty duo. Both are Mini-ITX coolers. You know, those teeny PCs that fit in a backpack. One’s all blinged out in copper. I have a thing for shiny stuff, what can I say? The copper version is supposed to chill 180W. Figures, since it’s, like, super conductive or something.
Then, there’s the Cryo360 AIO. I kinda dig the name. Reminds me of a snowboard trick or something. This one’s about keeping things cool with a chill 280W. It’s got this LCD screen for checking real-time stats. Like, do I need more data on my cooler? Maybe, if it looks cool enough.
Now, the CR6S and its plus-size twin come into play. Dual-tower again. Six pipes, two fans, lots of numbers thrown around. 250W. Sounds powerful, or maybe just a lot of hot air. Literally. And for the ones who like their single towers, there’s the CR4S. Four pipes, and could handle up to 200W. That’s like a heavy-duty blast of Arctic wind in your PC case.
And speaking of cases, there’s the Lull. Not a lull in the action, but an actual casing that won’t fan you to sleep. It’s finless, not fangless, so no vampires here. But it does come with curved glass. Odd choice but hey, it’s eye-catching.
Anyway, these wonders should be hitting the shelves soon. Let’s see if they live up to the hype. Or not. Who knows.
