[FREE Game Giveaway] Ruffy and the Riverside for PlayStation 5 (North America)

Oh man, so I got to check out this game called Ruffy and the Riverside. It’s by these folks at Phiphen Games and Zockrates Laboratory. First off, I had no idea what to expect — I mean, the title doesn’t exactly give anything away, does it? Anyway, here’s a slice from my wandering thoughts on this:

Ruffy and the Riverside is this explosion of colors and weirdly addictive fun, you know? You play as Ruffy, who’s just itching to dive into this open world and sniff out as much treasure as possible. Here’s the kicker — you can copy and paste textures while exploring. Yeah, really. Like, you could swap lava for a river or turn water into vines just like that. It’s kinda quirky, but it works. I probably spent too much time just messing around with that.

Oh, and get this — they’re giving away a FREE PlayStation 5 copy. Not kidding! This digital thing is happening until August 1, 2025, PST. Midnight. Not sure why that ‘midnight’ bit tickled me.
