Warframe’s got this new Isleweaver thing going on. Just dropped. So, if you’re into that whole PC and console scene, you’re in luck. This update—number 39, they say—throws us back into Duviri. It’s like, boom, more story, some sort of time-limited operation, and gameplay tweaks that might make your head spin.
First off, can you believe Warframe’s been kicking around for 12 years? Crazy, right? It’s like back on March 2025—totally recent if you squint at the calendar—they dropped the Techrot Encore expansion. Now, fast forward a bit, and bam! They’re hitting us with Isleweaver, the latest and greatest? Or maybe just typical expansion stuff, who knows.
So, Canadian folks at Digital Extremes are at it again. And honestly, who sees it coming? This Isleweaver thing dropped on June 25—tons of new content. Right in the middle, we have Operation: Eight Claw. Think it ends July 16, but hey, your mileage may vary. You gotta fend off Major Neci Rusalka and her crew. It’s like a mad dash through missions and what’s apparently a tough showdown with rogue Warframe Oraxia—a spider thing, apparently.
Speaking of which, is it just me, or is 61 one of those odd numbers? Because that’s the exact count of playable characters now with Oraxia. She’s some kind of perfect hunting machine, which makes you wonder, what was wrong with the other 60? Her whole shtick is predation and poison, dropping alongside some new whip, secondary weapon, and blueprint for a whopper of a heavy scythe.
Oh, and how about these Unseeing Heralds? They drop stuff called Temporal Dust. There’s got to be a cooler name for that, right? Anyway, you use it to craft more Oraxia gear. Handy, if you’re into that kind of grind.
As for new player stuff, Isleweaver’s supposed to shake that up too. More accessible Junction solo missions, loads of tasks—basically, things make a bit more sense now. They say it rolled out with the Yareli Prime update in late May 2025, kinda slowly tweaking the onboarding process. Oh! And Valkyr’s abilities are seeing some changes too. Like a rework, if you want to call it that.
Got a bunch of other things—new Warframe mods, TennoGen bits, quality changes, and Valkyr’s ability overhaul. Plus, after Operation: Eight Claw wraps up, you can still grab all those sweet rewards until July 23. Not sure why it ends then, but you know, it’s a game thing.
Now, there’s this new node, Scholar’s Landing—floating, of course. You engage Murmur forces and face off with boss Oraxia. Usual Warframe chaos, you get it. And a special mention for the brand new Warframe, Oraxia? Spider vibes, toxic abilities, stealth mechanisms—the whole shebang.
Tons of improvements like thrust into quality-of-life bits. Junctions are more like missions now, sensible and rewarding. And let’s not forget about cosmetics—the Citrine Aphrodita Collection, Oraxia Bundle, and even some hair pack named 1999 Round Table. Because, why not?
Overall, it’s just typical Warframe madness. New, chaotic, and very much what you’d expect—or maybe not. It’s like a roller coaster with extra loops.
